Pan Horus Rising Foundation is a rural‑rooted, arts‑driven, community‑centered organization dedicated to strengthening belonging, creativity, and resilience in Newaygo County and beyond. We believe that thriving communities grow from shared story, shared work, and shared care — and that every person deserves a place where they feel connected, valued, and supported.

Our mission is to cultivate rural resilience by creating spaces where people can gather, express themselves, learn from one another, and build a shared future rooted in creativity, care, and community. We uplift local voices, support intergenerational connection, and foster opportunities that strengthen the social, cultural, and economic fabric of rural life.

We design programs, gatherings, and creative opportunities that strengthen connection and expand what’s possible in rural life. Through arts initiatives, community meals, cultural events, youth and family programming, and collaborative projects, we create spaces where people can show up as themselves, learn from one another, and build shared resilience. Meet the Founders
Pan Horus Rising Foundation was created by a family rooted in service, creativity, and community stewardship. Our five Founders — Jo’El Liberati, Anthony “Tony” Liberati, Gage Liberati, Calyn Liberati, and (Late) Yvonne Liberati — carry the shared responsibility of guiding the heart and long‑term direction of the organization. Their lived experience, intergenerational perspective, and commitment to rural resilience shape every program and partnership we build. Together, they steward the Foundation with integrity, imagination, and a deep belief in the power of community.
